Welcome to my blog! I thought this could be a fun way to chronicle the events of our family. Since this is my first post we will start with the basics...there are how many of you? There are soon to be nine of us. That's right...nine. Here's the breakdown...
2 parents...Eric and Erin
3 kids...Madison and twin boys in the oven
3 dogs...Sam, Fugly (yes, that really says Fugly), and Deuce
1 fish...Rambo
I won't bore you with all the details quite yet but here are a few things I would like to throw out there. I am not a dog person so living with 3 dogs has its challenges. My husband came to the table with 3 dogs, I came to the table with a daughter. I figure me asking him to get rid of his dogs would be like him asking me to get rid of my child so I try (some days harder than others) to resist the urge to drop them off somewhere far, far away.
Another thing that's important to know going into this is that I'm pregnant with twins. That means I cannot be held responsible for some of the things that come out of my mouth. It's amazing how this pregnancy has made my filter disappear. I try to watch it but I would like to apologize in advance for anything negative I might say or do during this pregnancy. Chances are it (whatever "it" may be) is totally out of character for me. I hope to return to normal once these babies are born. February 25th is the official due date but the doctor seems to think our little guys will be here in January. As long as they are healthy, I will be happy!
